Take one sip of this delectable beer and your tastebuds will soar to new heights! Oregon grown Strata hops collide with locally grown Michigan Copper hops from our friends at Herds to Hops farm, right here in Sioux Falls. The outcome? A juice bomb of a hazy IPA with notes of pineapple and tropical fruits that finishes with a nice, resiny bite, courtesy of the Michigan Copper hops.

This is the beer that started our “Copter Series” of IPAs - experimental beers that push our knowledge of hops and brewing to bring you some of the finest beer we’ve ever brewed. This beer is a local favorite and when you try it, we think you’ll see why.
